TuDu uses a tiered verification system that starts with contact confirmation and can include identity verification and performance based review. Higher tiers give sellers increased visibility and buyer trust signals.
Complete your profile confirm your phone and email and follow the prompts to upload identity documents if required. Follow any instructions in the verification flow and respond to requests for additional information promptly.
We minimise retention of raw identity documents. Identifiers used for verification are hashed and protected and are only accessed when needed for verification and compliance.
Processing time varies but most verifications are completed within a few business days. You will receive status updates by email.
We will provide a reason and instructions for next steps. Common issues include unclear document images or mismatched details. You can retry the verification flow after addressing any issues.
