Frequently Asked Questions

When and how do I get paid?

Payouts are processed every Tuesday and Friday directly to your mobile money (MTN MoMo or Airtel Money) or your bank account. Funds are released 48 hours after successful delivery confirmation.

Are there any listing fees?

No. Listing products on TuDu is completely free across all plans. You only pay a commission on completed sales.

What happens if an order is returned?

If a buyer returns an order within the return window and the return is approved, the commission for that transaction is fully refunded to you. No charges for failed deliveries.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your seller billing page (/seller/billing). Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.

Are there payment processing fees?

TuDu absorbs all payment processing fees on buyer transactions. You receive the full sale price minus only the commission, with no extra deductions.

What is the monthly fee charged on?

The monthly subscription fee applies to Growth and Pro plans. It covers platform features, priority support, and credits. It is charged to your linked mobile money or bank account on the same date each month.
