Payouts are processed every Tuesday and Friday. If more than 48 hours have passed since your expected payout date, submit a seller support request with your shop name and the order IDs in question. We will investigate and resolve within 4 business hours.
Open a dispute ticket from your seller dashboard under Orders, then Dispute. Attach proof of dispatch (waybill, courier receipt). Our team reviews both sides within 48 hours and makes a fair ruling. The seller is protected when delivery proof is provided.
Yes. Go to Seller Dashboard, then Products, find the listing, and click Edit. Price changes take effect immediately. Orders placed before the change are fulfilled at the original price.
Account suspensions happen if our system detects a policy violation. You will receive an email detailing the reason. Submit a seller support request to appeal. Most suspensions are resolved within 1 to 3 business days.
Go to Orders, select the order, and click Cancel Order. Provide a reason. Excessive cancellations (above 5% of orders) can affect your seller rating. If you are temporarily unable to fulfil orders, activate Holiday Mode from your shop settings.
Yes. You can list products in any category for which you are verified. Some restricted categories (medicines, financial services) require additional documentation.
