Delivery Operations Manager

• Manage day-to-day relationships with courier and last-mile delivery partners
• Track delivery SLA performance and drive corrective action on missed targets
• Expand delivery coverage into new zones as the marketplace grows
• Coordinate with support and disputes teams on delivery-related customer issues

• 3+ years in logistics, delivery, or supply chain operations
• Comfortable working with data to track and report on SLA metrics
• Based in or willing to relocate to Kampala
• Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills

• Experience with boda-boda or two-wheeler delivery networks
• Prior experience at an e-commerce or on-demand delivery company
