After you pay, the seller prepares your order and hands it to a courier within the handling time on the listing, typically within three business days. You receive notification when the order is dispatched.
Track your order from Account, then My Orders. Status updates include confirmed, dispatched, out for delivery, and delivered. SMS notifications are sent at key stages.
Couriers attempt delivery up to two times. If you are unavailable, the package may be held at a nearby collection point for up to three days before return to the seller. Ensure your phone number is correct and reachable.
Inspect the outer packaging before signing where possible. Report visible damage to the courier and photograph the package. Open and inspect the item promptly and raise a dispute if there is a problem while funds remain in escrow.
Free delivery may apply on orders above UGX 150,000 or UGX 200,000 depending on seller and promotion. The exact fee or waiver is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM for eligible listings in Kampala Central, subject to seller dispatch time. Select same day delivery at checkout where offered.
