TuDu accepts multiple payment methods for your convenience. All online payments are encrypted and, except cash on delivery, protected by TuDu Secure Pay escrow until you confirm your order.
Pay with your MTN Mobile Money number. You will receive a USSD prompt on your phone to confirm the payment. Confirmation is usually instant. TuDu does not charge additional fees for mobile money checkout.

Pay with your Airtel Money account on any Airtel Uganda line. Confirmation is instant once you approve the transaction on your phone.

Top up your TuDu Wallet from MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money and pay at checkout without re entering payment details. Approved refunds may be credited to your wallet for reuse.

For large orders, you may pay by direct bank transfer. Orders are held for up to 24 hours while we confirm receipt of funds. Bank details are shown at checkout when this option is available.

Available for selected sellers and locations within Kampala. Payment is made to the courier on delivery. Cash on delivery is not protected by TuDu Secure Pay escrow.

All online payment methods except cash on delivery use TuDu Secure Pay. Your payment is held in escrow until you confirm receipt or the auto release window closes after delivery. Yes. TuDu uses PCI compliant payment processors and TLS encryption. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Mobile money PINs are entered on your phone through your provider network, not on TuDu.
Check Account, then My Orders first. The order may already be recorded. If not, submit a support request with your payment reference number, amount, and time of payment. We aim to resolve within two hours during support hours.
Cash on delivery is available for selected sellers and Kampala locations. Look for the Cash on Delivery indicator on the product or seller page. This method does not use escrow protection.
You may combine TuDu Wallet balance with another payment method to cover the remaining order total at checkout.
TuDu does not add platform fees for mobile money payments. Any provider transaction charges are absorbed by TuDu for standard checkout.
Payment is released when you confirm receipt, when TuDu resolves a dispute in the seller favour, or three business days after confirmed delivery if no dispute is open.
Approved refunds return to your original payment method or TuDu Wallet. Mobile money and wallet refunds are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. Card refunds may take up to 7 business days.
