This guide explains how to browse, purchase, and receive products on TuDu Uganda Limited marketplace. Most orders can be completed in a few minutes.
Create an account or sign in
Register with your email address and password, or sign in if you already have an account. Add your phone number in your profile or at checkout for delivery updates. Buyer sign-in is email-based today.
Find what you need
Use the search bar or browse by category. Filter results by price, rating, location, and seller verification tier. Click any product to view full details, specifications, seller information, and delivery estimates.
Add to cart
Select the correct size, colour, or variant where applicable and click Add to Cart. You may continue shopping and add items from multiple sellers. Click the cart icon to review your selections before checkout.
Checkout and pay
Click Proceed to Checkout. Enter or select your delivery address and phone number. Choose your payment method: MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa or Mastercard, TuDu Wallet, or bank transfer where available. Review the order summary including delivery fees, then place the order. Your payment is held in TuDu Secure Pay escrow.
Track your delivery
You will receive SMS and email confirmation after payment. Track your order in real time from Account, then My Orders. The seller dispatches within the stated handling time and provides tracking where available.
Receive, inspect, and confirm
Inspect the item when it arrives. If everything is correct, click Confirm Receipt to release payment to the seller. If there is a problem, raise a dispute from your order page before the confirmation window closes. You may leave a review after confirming receipt.
Yes. Creating a free account lets you track orders, save addresses, manage returns, and access order history.
Yes. TuDu cart supports multi seller orders. Each seller ships separately, but you pay once at checkout.
Cancel the order from your account within 30 minutes if the seller has not confirmed it. Once dispatched, initiate a return request if the item is eligible under the return policy.
There is no platform minimum order value. Orders below UGX 50,000 may incur a delivery fee depending on your location and the seller.
Sellers must dispatch within the handling time on the listing, typically within three business days unless a longer period is stated.
Your payment is held in escrow. The seller is notified to prepare and ship your order. Funds are released only after you confirm receipt or the auto release window closes without dispute.
