Product Designer

• Own end-to-end product design for a buyer or seller-facing surface
• Run and synthesize user research with Ugandan buyers and sellers
• Build and maintain components in the shared design system
• Partner directly with engineering to ship your designs, not hand off and move on

• 3+ years of product design experience, portfolio required
• Proficiency in Figma and a systematic approach to component libraries
• Comfortable presenting design rationale to non-designers
• Experience designing for markets with mixed connectivity and device quality

• Experience designing for e-commerce or marketplace products
• Basic HTML/CSS fluency for closer collaboration with engineering
