Seller Success Associate

• Onboard new sellers and walk them through catalog setup and their first sale
• Provide hands-on training on pricing, photography, and fulfillment
• Identify sellers at risk of churning and proactively re-engage them
• Feed seller feedback back into the product roadmap

• 2+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal communication, including comfort with phone-based outreach
• Fluency in English required; Swahili or Luganda is a strong plus
• Comfortable with basic spreadsheet work for tracking seller pipelines

• Experience working directly with small and informal retail businesses
• Prior experience at a marketplace or SaaS company
