TuDu Secure Pay is our escrow service for online orders. Your payment is held securely until you confirm receipt, TuDu resolves a dispute, or the auto release period ends after confirmed delivery.
Escrow protects you against non delivery and materially misdescribed items when you pay online through TuDu. Cash on delivery does not use escrow.
Funds release when you confirm receipt, when a dispute is decided in the seller favour, or three business days after confirmed delivery if no dispute is open.
