Follow your TuDu order from payment confirmation through dispatch, in transit, and delivery.
Open My Orders
Sign in and go to Account, then My Orders. Select the order you want to track. Guest buyers can use the tracking link sent by email or SMS after checkout.
View the timeline
Each order shows a status timeline: placed, payment confirmed, seller preparing, dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, and delivered. Timestamps update as the seller and courier report progress.
Check courier tracking
When the seller provides a waybill or tracking number, it appears on the order page. Click the tracking link to view courier updates where available.
Confirm or report an issue
When the order is delivered, inspect the package. Confirm receipt to release escrow payment, or raise a dispute or return request if something is wrong.
After guest checkout you receive a secure tracking link by email and SMS. Open the link to view order status without signing in. Create an account later to keep full order history.
The seller may still be within the handling time on the listing, typically up to three business days. If the status does not change beyond that window, contact support.
