Protect your TuDu buyer account with a strong password, safe sign in habits, and privacy controls.
Use a unique password of at least eight characters with letters and numbers. Sign in with your registered email and password. Use Forgot Password on the login page if you need to reset access.
Your phone number receives order and payment notifications. Keep your email secure because password resets and receipts are sent there. Do not share your password or one time codes with anyone claiming to be TuDu support.
TuDu support will never ask for your mobile money PIN or full card number. Official links use the tudu.ug domain. Report suspicious messages through the contact form.
TuDu processes personal data under the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019. Review your profile in Account, then Profile, and read our Privacy Policy for your rights and how to request data access or deletion.
Reset your password immediately and contact support. Review recent orders and saved addresses for changes you did not make.
Additional verification options may be added over time. Keep your email and phone number up to date for account recovery.
