Release escrow payment to the seller after you receive and inspect your TuDu order.
Confirming receipt tells TuDu that you received the order as expected. This releases escrow funds to the seller. Only confirm after you have opened and inspected the package.
Go to Account, then My Orders, open the delivered order, and click Confirm Receipt. You may leave a product review after confirming.
If you do not confirm or raise a dispute, escrow may auto release to the seller three business days after confirmed delivery. Raise a dispute or return request before that window if there is a problem.
Contact support immediately with your order number. If funds have not yet been released, we may be able to assist. After release, use the returns or disputes process where eligible.
Reviews are available after delivery. Confirming receipt is recommended so sellers receive payment when the order is satisfactory.
