Response time

Reply within 24 hours. Unanswered messages beyond 48 hours may trigger automatic refund for the buyer per Seller Guidelines.

Do not direct buyers to pay outside TuDu or share external checkout links. All order payments must flow through TuDu Secure Pay.

Treat buyers with respect. Abusive or discriminatory messages are grounds for suspension.

Use buyer contact details only for order fulfilment and permitted communication related to that order.
