2. Confirm and prepare
Verify stock, pick the correct variant, and pack securely. Update order status to preparing in the dashboard.
3. Dispatch
Ship within your listing handling time, typically within three business days unless a longer period is stated. Enter courier and tracking details when you dispatch.
4. Delivery confirmation
Mark delivered when the courier confirms handover. Buyer confirmation or auto release triggers payout per escrow rules.
What if I cannot fulfil an order?
Cancel from Orders before the dispatch deadline and provide a reason. Excessive cancellations affect your rating.
Must I provide tracking?
Yes for courier shipments. Tracking protects you in delivery disputes.
