Keep stock accurate on TuDu to avoid cancellations and protect your seller rating.

Stock quantities

Update quantity after each sale or restock. Zero stock should unpublish or mark out of stock to prevent orders you cannot fulfil.

Manage size, colour, and other variants with separate SKU quantities where applicable.

Use CSV import or bulk edit tools for large catalogs. Verify changes before publishing.

Cancel promptly and notify the buyer. Repeated overselling lowers fulfilment rate and may trigger account review.
