Pause new orders temporarily when you cannot fulfil shipments.

When to use

Activate holiday mode before travel, stock taking, or short closures. Existing open orders must still be fulfilled or cancelled with notice.

Open shop settings in Seller Dashboard and enable Holiday Mode. Your listings may show as temporarily unavailable for new orders.

Turn off holiday mode when you return. Verify stock and handling times before accepting new orders.
