When TuDu releases escrow funds and how seller payouts reach your account.
Escrow hold
Buyer payments are held in TuDu Secure Pay until the buyer confirms receipt, a dispute is resolved in your favour, or the auto release window closes after confirmed delivery.
Platform fee
TuDu deducts commission according to your plan ceiling and product category. See the public fee schedule for rates and examples.
Payout schedule
Released balances are paid to your registered bank or mobile money account. Payouts typically process on scheduled days with funds arriving within one business day after release.
Dashboard balances
View pending escrow, available balance, and payout history in Seller Dashboard, then Billing or Earnings.
My payout is late. What should I do?
Check that the order is delivered and escrow released. If more than 48 hours pass after expected payout, contact seller support with order IDs.
Are refunded orders charged commission?
Commission on fully refunded orders is credited back on the next payout cycle per the fee schedule notes.
