Buyers initiate returns from My Orders with a reason and photos. You have 48 hours to approve or respond.
Approval and collection
When approved, coordinate collection or provide return instructions. Inspect returned items before confirming refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the buyer original method or wallet. Escrow disputes may accelerate refund when funds are still held.
Can I reject a valid return?
Reject only with documented lawful grounds. Unreasonable refusal may lead to TuDu intervention and account review.
What is the minimum return window?
