Notification
When a buyer raises a dispute, you receive email and a dashboard alert. Escrow funds for the affected order may be held pending review.
Respond promptly
Open the order in Seller Dashboard and submit your response within 48 hours. Attach proof of dispatch, courier receipts, photos, or messages relevant to the claim.
Outcomes
TuDu may refund the buyer, release funds to you, or split resolution based on evidence. Decisions are logged for audit. You may appeal with additional evidence within the stated window.
Buyer claims non delivery but courier shows delivered.
Upload waybill, tracking, and delivery confirmation. Sellers with valid proof are protected when delivery is documented.
What if I do not respond?
Failure to respond may result in automatic resolution in the buyer favour.
