Receipts, tracking links, return decisions, and dispute updates are emailed to your registered address. Guests receive email at the address entered at checkout.
Signed in buyers see live status in My Orders. Refresh the order page for the latest timeline.
Verify your phone number, network coverage, and that the number supports SMS. Some promotional filters may block messages; add TuDu to your contacts if needed.
Order transactional messages are sent for active orders. Marketing preferences can be managed in Account, then Privacy where available.
