Rating calculation

Your seller rating reflects buyer feedback on completed orders. Maintain professionalism and accurate listings to earn positive reviews.

Higher ratings improve search placement and buyer trust. Ratings below 3.5 may reduce listing visibility per Seller Guidelines.

Tier 4 requires 4.5 or above rating among other criteria. See Verification Tiers for the full checklist.

Public seller responses may be available on your shop page. Address issues professionally without sharing private buyer data.
